Making An Appointment
To accommodate your appointment needs, we recommend you schedule your next service prior to your departure. This ensures a time, day of week, and preferred service provider. You will need to call Spa Julianna directly, we do not have the ability to make online or email appointments.

A valid major credit card is required to hold your reservation. We also offer the convenience of keeping your credit card information on our confidential file for all of your future appointments. We do not accept personal checks.

Prepayment of services is required when three or more services are scheduled for a guest, if you are a new guest to the spa or during any holiday.

By making an appointment you are agreeing to our cancellation policy terms and conditions.  Please review cancellation policy below.

We value our reputation as a spa providing not only excellence in technical services, but creating an atmosphere of genuine caring and concern for your well-being. Please don't hesitate to advise a guest service representative if you need any assistance or have any questions.

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other clients are not inconvenienced. A late arrival will receive an extension of scheduled service times only if time is permitting. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the full service fee. On any spa service, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you time to change into a robe and relax prior to your service(s).

Robe and slippers are provided for your comfort. For the protection of your clothing, we ask that you wear the robe that is provided. Our clean changing rooms include showers and lockers furnished with every necessary amenity. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and deodorant are all provided for you.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointments.

Special Considerations

Please advise the Spa Manager, Professional Staff Member or Client Service Representative if you are:
Pregnant
Have muscle or joint injuries
Have any injury
Have had recent surgery including laser or plastic surgery
Are using Retin-A, Accutane or any photosensitizing or keratolytic medication. Any of the above conditions may affect the success of our ability to perform your requested treatment or service.

Please advise our professional staff of any allergies or sensitivities, if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, or a heart condition, or if you are taking any medication. Please be aware that if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, or a heart condition services that involve the application of heat are not advised.

You should refrain from using waxing as a hair removal method if you are using Retin-A (currently or within the last 6 months) Accutane (currently or within the last 6 months), or other keratolytic medications that increase skin exfoliations, have taken any antibiotics, had microdermabrasion, alpha beta peels, are recovering from laser peels, and/or are sunburned or have recently used a tanning booth in the last month.

Children

We love your children, but unfortunately our facilities cannot accommodate them. Spa Julianna is a place of relaxation for all clients. Please make other arrangements for your children while you are at the spa. Spa services are available to children 17 years of age with written parental permission as well as adults 18 years and older. Children are not permitted in waiting areas and treatments rooms.

Cancellations

Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice for any single service to avoid a cancellation fee.  A 72-hour notice is required for any multiple service appointment, including when you schedule one or more appointments for you and a friend or spa package cancellation or date change. Appointments canceled in less than the required time will be billed 75% of the price of each service the first time and 100% all subsequent times you fail to cancel.  Prepayment of services is required when three or more services are scheduled for a guest.

When guests cancel less than 24 hours prior (or 72 hours for multiple services), we are unable to fill those time slots and this results in lost income to our staff. Please understand that the staff makes their living by providing services to our guests.

Gratuities

Our best reward is your personal recommendation of Spa Julianna. For your convenience a 15% gratuity is included for your service provider in the price of your treatment; nothing more is expected.  However additional tips may be securely left for your therapist at the Spa Reception Desk should you choose.

Product Returns

Unopened & undamaged product returns must be accompanied with the receipt within 7 days of purchase and will be honored with store credit. Gift Certificates are not refundable.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates make an ideal gift for any occasion. Gift certificates are available in any denomination (dollar amount) and can be used for individual services, treatment series, spa packages, corporate gifts, products and gift baskets. Gift Certificates have no cash value and are exchangeable for other services or products only. Gift Certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash or refund.  Spa Julianna does not replace lost gift certificates. Gift certificates, like cash, can be used by anyone and it is not possible to track their use. In order to redeem a gift certificate, you must present the original at the time of purchase.

Groups of 3 or more and/or Spa events require a 100% non-refundable deposit. Canceling or changing appointments for groups requires 72 hours notice in order to avoid being charged in full for the services.  Prepayment of services is required when three or more services are scheduled for a guest. Sorry, we are unable to cancel or alter Saturday group reservations. Other rules apply and will be discussed when booking a group or event. Sorry, we are unable to accept coupons for group events.

We are unfortunately unable to accommodate Large Groups or Spa events on Saturday.
